Any pre-order item's processing time will not start until the date in the item's description. On that date, the average processing time will start!

Inventory restock date: 03/01/22.
So your item will not begin processing until 03/01/22 when the inventory has finished being hand-made, processed, and ready to ship! So your order will ship within 1 month average after this restock date.
REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS!
UNLESS; Item(s) arrive defective/damaged ON OUR PART, and is shown to us. Example: missing a spike without package being opened or tampered with upon arrival.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY USPS, or any other shipment service, AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THIS REASON. But, we are happy to send over information & assist with the claim filing process on the USPS website.
Certain refunds are considered in rare circumstances, but are extremely rare. No refunds are given for wait time or mis-measurement on the customer's part.
**ADDRESS CHANGES ARE MORE THAN WELCOME, AND ANY ERROR DUE TO ADDRESS CHANGES ADDRESSED WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE CORRECTED BY US!
For example if you move within our processing time and your order has yet to ship;
and you let us know your new address in a timely manner or give us instructions to hold your package until you move,
WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU! AND WE WILL GUARANTEE ANY ERRORS ON OUR PART WILL BE CORRECTED, either by sending another package, or by refund.
We know our processing time is longer than bigger business'. We are happy to accommodate with address changes and holds, and appreciate your patience immensely!
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are no longer welcome. It the customer’s responsibility to measure their neck, wrist, etc. to ensure a comfy fit.
