Our customer service representative is one person, please treat him as such! Extremely rude or inappropriate emails will be met swiftly with a refund. And depending on the level of offense, your info will be added to a “NO ORDER” list, and you will no longer be allowed to order from Nasty Gem. (Yes we have received emails this aggressive and inappropriate to feel the need to do this.) Absolutely ANY matter can be handled with mutual respect, and if it’s not, it will be refunded and taken care of swiftly. Refunds are happily given if your order has yet to ship, so there is no need for aggressiveness. Please just simply ask for a refund and we will happily send it out if your order is still in processing! Upset and/or misunderstanding of our processing time or any other matter is of course understandable, and will be met with kindness. <3 Nasty Gem is not a corporation or “big business.” We are a team of 3, which of only 2 work hands on with items, and work to physically to get your orders made and sent to you.
